"My name is Grace McMillan, or as some people know me @skinderella_nz_ I lived with eczema for about 22 years until one day I decided to look beyond the doctor’s office and start trialling different treatments. This is when Skinderella was born. I only got a couple of months into trying new therapies such as acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine when I discovered Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) through The Eczema Coach and the Preventable documentary. Everything I thought I knew about the skin condition I had lived most of my life with was completely flipped on its head. In July 2020 I went off all steroids and straight into TSW. Now, after nearly 4 years I’m sharing as much as I can about what I’ve learnt during this time. My goal is to spread awareness about TSW with the hope that it prevents others from having to go through it too. Whose the ultimate expert on the human body? The one who calls it home!"
