The top worst foods for eczema are FREDG foods which stands for: Fried food, Refined sugar, Eggs, Dairy, Gluten.Â
JUST avoiding these foods won’t solve your eczema dilemma.
If you itch after meals it could mean that you might have candida or an overworked liver.
Candida: Your eczema may be reacting to sugar. If you crave sugary foods, are prone to yeast infections, and feel as though you are ALWAYS hungry, you likely have candida.
Overworked Liver: Your eczema might be getting exasperated by salicylates. These are plant chemicals that our liver processes. If you itch after eating cinnamon, dates, spicy foods, or certain nuts you MAY have an overworked liver (Non-alcoholic fatty liver).
