You will learn replacements for your traditional recipes. You will be able to live a life full of delicious foods but it will take some food swapping to do so. I will teach you how to make any dish you want while avoiding the worst top 5 (FREDG) foods for eczema: fried foods, refined sugar, eggs, dairy, and gluten.
